John has 26 years of Real Estate Agency experience and has been focusing heavily during this time on large commercial retail projects in the Charlestown CBD.

As a Director of "Norwest Forklift Service Pty Ltd" and Manager of Crown Equipment Canberra, Warren has strong links with the Newcastle Business,Commercial and Industrial Sector along with Government Agencies in both regions.

In additon to this real estate experience, George also has over 10 years experience in owning and operating a wholesale and Manufacturing company in the Newcaste Region.

He has managed large residential portfolios, a very significant retail, commercial and industrial portfolio including shopping centers, inner city retail through to the full gambit of light to heavy industrial. Lee was responsible for the management of key strategic portside crown properties which formed part of the Ex BHP site and Kooragang Island on behalf of Regional Land Management Corporation. Lee brings a wealth of experience in institutional liaison, management, redevelopment and refurbishment.

He has been working as a property manager at a local commercial agency for the last 4 years, with a mixed portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial managements. Major clients included State Property Authority, Newcastle Port Corporation and Hunter Development Corporation.

Brent has successfully completed Certificate IV in Property and is furthering his education by currently undertaking studies in valuation through the University of Western Sydney.

With a sound grounding in the management of commercial and industrial property, Brent’s skills in customer service allow professional relations with both landlords and tenants, in providing assistance in the management and leasing of properties.
